THE NEW HEBRIDES.
NO NEGOTIATIONS FOR CESSION
LONDON, February 26
The Paris correspondent of the "Times" says that there have been no negotiations between France and Great Britain for the cession or partition of the New Hebrides. Owing to local difficulties regarding the' supply of native labour for French settlers, partition was mooted by the French and British authorities in the islands.
