Sir Cecil Spring-Rice is satisfied that the United States is taking the best course in the Benton case.
The British Consul at Galveston has been ordered to proceed to El Paso to investigate Benton's murder. El Paso reports' that Villa stated that Benton was interred with full religious observances. He would not disinter the body, having no desire to be guilty of such sacrilege. 0 ,
