TINWALD CLUB'S CARNIVAL.

In addition to their big fixture on Thursday afternoon, the Tmwald Swimming Club are giving a concert in the local hall on the same evening. They, advertise amongst others on a good programme, Mr Geo. Robey, a humorous sketch artist, Mdlle. Kae, in musical monologues, and also an orchestra. On the whole, the progiamme should be perhaps the best of any presented in the Tinwald Hall. Tho Club's annual dance'will be held after the concert.

The ITiifto Friedlaudor Cup, which is to be competed for at tho carnival on Thursday is now on exhibition at Mr J. V. De Beer's sliop in East Street. Ash burton will bo well represented in this competition, having entered six teams.
