THREE VOTES FOR A DEAD MAN

At the Federal Elections Commission evidence was given tha.t the names of many people were on the roll who were dead or had left the district. Three votes were recorded for a votov who had been dead two years. Another name was on the roll twice, and somebody else cast a second vote. ,
