The weather to-day was cloudy and the temperature mild. Rain threatened at times, but none fell.
The Government Meteorologist's forecast to-day is as follows:—The indications are for southerly moderate to strong winds prevailing. The weather probably will prove cold and showery. 'The barometer has a rising tendency soon. Sea rough, and tides good on the coast.
