MRS PANKHURST IN LONDON. AGAIN ELUDES~THE POLICE. (Per Press Association—Copyright). (Received February 23, 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, February 22. Mrs Pankhurst, for three-quarters of j an hour, gave an address to a largo i -crowd from the balcony of "a private house in Glebe Place. At the close of the address a party of women, one resembling Mrs Pankhurst, ran out and escaped, after a scuffle. The detectives continue to guard Glebe Place.
