RECORD DRY SPELL. (Per Press Association—Copyright) (Received February 21, 10.35 a.m.) SYDNEY, February 21. Since August 1 only 403 points of ram has been recorded in Sydney, ! which is a record dry spell. The Government Meteorologist's forecast to-day is as follows:—The inclica-: tioris are for easterly winds,-moderate to strong and veering by east to north and freshening. Weather conditions are threatening in the north, clouding over; rain later. Barometer falling soon.
