Replying; to a letter from the editor of the "Protestant Magazine," President Wilson repudiates an allegation widely published throughout the United States, that Mr Tumulty, President's secretary, handled correspondence with ■ ■ , prejudice, Tumulty bemg a Roman ' Catholic. President Wilson brands the I statements as utterly false, and says ' -
