ON NECRO CRIMINAL.

Fifty masked men stopped an Illinois Central passenger train near Love, Mississippi, and forced a sheriff to deliver two negroes, accused of wounding a - mill-owner. The mob prepared to lynch both, but the sheriff declared that one negro was not guilty. : 'The, mob ith ereupon released him, but corns pelledithe other to leap from a bridge' with'a rope round his neck. The mob dispersed after seeing that the negro was .dead. ' She, mill-owner was ambushed and shot a week ago, and is likely to die. '
