£500 FOR EACH VOTE.
(Received February 17, 9.45 a.m.) Judge Rowlatt, under a statute made in the year 1801, awarded £500 for each of the 26 votes exercised, but granted a stay of execution. The plaintiff pointed out that Indemnity Bill was proposed, and he asked that the money be paid into Court. The application was refused.
