FURTHER WARRANTS ISSUED. EVIDENCE AT THE INQUIRY. (Per Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, February 13. Warrants have been granted for tho arrest of Minto and Mess in connection with the canteen cases. Mess is supposed to be in Canada. Minto recently quitted London. Sawyer gave evidence at Bow Street in the canteen case that money had been promised to quartermasters of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers and Royal Scots Fusiliers. It was suggested that Finn 1 should be able to supply canteens with margarine, which gave a good return. He, stated that it always was the case that Liptons were forced to do what other contractors did. They lost several Salisbury Plain contracts because they refused to give as much as kothers. #
