MEETING OF N.Z.A.A. COUNCIL. WELLINGTON, February IT. The Council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association met tonight, Mr A. Davies presiding. the Auckland Centre s suspension of J. J. Mulvihill pending a settlement of a certain dispute. An Auckland application for permission to hold a return meeting for the American, athletes on March 14 was granted, the Association to get one-third ■of the net profits. April 13 was granted as the date for the University championship meeting at Christchurch. Permission was also granted for holding the , South Island championships on February 25. Reinstatement, was granted to Edwin Silby, Albert Norman and Arthur McNeish.
