LONDON, February 11
Mr R. Miuiro-Ferg.i.son, in a farewell speech to his constituents, said he confidently believed a peaceful settlement of the Irish question, would be reached. He believed that Mr Asquith would find a way,, while conserving the principles tb.ey had fought for for years. It should be practicable to devise a form of Home Rule within Home Rule to satisfy the North of Ireland.
