ULSTERMEN WILL DIE IF NECESSARY.
LONDON, -February 9
The Right Hon. Sir Horace Plunket, in a judipial analysis of the Irish question, arrived at the conclusion that the men of Ulster are determined to fight, and. to die if necessary, if the Bill is passed. There will be civil war or else uncontrolled sectarian' outrages.
The hunters and gunsmiths in Belfast have instituted proceedings against the\ Customs to test the : validity of the proclamation prohibiting the importation of arms.
