Mild simny weather conditions prevailed to-day. A few j^ery light showers fell before 10 o'clock but they were not sufficient to impede- harvesting opera-Lions,- which are being continued with unabated vigour throughout the County.

The Dominion Meteorologist's forecast to-day is as follows: —The indications are for variable and strong breezes, but westerly prevailing, squally at times, with a southerly tendency shortly.
