The Archbishop of Canterbury, after hearing the Bishop oi Zanzibar's charges and the Bishop of Uganda's statement, declines to permit proceedings for heresy and schism, but as questions of far-reaching importance have b#en raised, he proposes to submit the matter to the central consultiye committee, which meets in July. The committee consists of certain English and colonial prelates, including the Archbishop of Sydney and Dr. Wallis (ex-Bishop of Wellington). "
