The change of programme at His I Majesty's Theatre on Saturday evening i last .was appreciated by the public, the principal picture, " Plot Against the Governor," being warmly,' received. It is styled a sane, clean, convincing, and absorbing drama, and it may be said that it comes ~as near to what is claimed sfor it as most pictures do. It is sup--ported by a very strong batch of films, comprising "Warwick Chronicle," "A Woman's Stratagem," "In the Woods of- Montain," "Proposal from the Spanish Don," " Dyed, But Not Dead," "Climbing the Great Pyramid," "The Trapper's Daughter," and "Bingle's Nightmare.'.'
