William G. Buttolph (Mr A.-T. Donnelly) was charged with assault and "causing actual actual bodily harm; but no evidence was offered by the police. He was further charged with assault upon Richard Burrows, and was convicted and ordered to pay 20s (costs of medical attendance). Alleged Theft.
Anthony Deane was charged with the theft of £6 lls 3d from the Independent Order of Oddfellows, Chertsey. The case was remanded until Friday, 13th instant.
