BRISBANE, February 6,
A bottle has been picked up on the Tewah Beach containing a message dated July 16, 1912, and signed "Captain," stating: "Gorman barque Nomia. Hurricane, 42deg. south 160 east," The message concluded: " Gott save me." The Nomia disappeared on a voyage from Newcastle to the west coast of America, and was posted as missing eight months ago. A bottle from her was subsequently picked up on the New Zealand coast.
