ENTERTAINED IN PERTH.

Earl Grey was entertained by tin; Million Club. He said it was necessary for Australia to advertise effectively, and his object in concentrating all the Empire office on three acres of the finest site in London with buildings to suit, would be the best possible advertisement for the country and its produce. It would benefit the consumers, help the Home manufacturers and leave no excuse for anyone to go to the foreigner. ■ I Regarding the Home Rule movement Earl Grey said: "Ulster is right, and failing an agreement on this question with the consent of both parties the only alternative is a. dissolution of Parliament or civil war."
