The Aeronautical Association has persuaded the proprietors of gasometers, warehouses, and pther large buildings, to paint signs on their roofs as a guide to airmen making crosscountry flights. •
The Minister of War is now urging the Association to. cease - covering France with aerial sign-posts, on; the ground that they would" prove useful to an enemy.
