THE GOVERNMENT'S DECISION.

LAW AND ORDER WILL BE

MAINTAINED

CAPETOWN, November 25

At the Congress, General Botha, in his statement on the Indian question, regretted' that false allegations had been circulated by irresponsible persons. A great responsibility rested upon the English and Indian Press.
