There is fighting between Federals and Constitutionalists in the neighbourhood of Jaurez. The Federals were driven back at first, but roiriforcer ments arriving they gained ground. The battle is still raging. - Heavy losses are reported. Ten thousand troops' are engaged.

El Paso reports state that General Villa, the Constitutionalist leader, has surrounded General Salayar. Villa is seeking to take Salayar alive in order to execute him.
