HAYWARD'S PICTURES.

A fair number of patrons were present at His Majesty's Theatre , last evening to witness the screening of a fresh programme of films. The pictures were of excellent style and variety, and the programme was in.every way a good one. Views of the famous French Southern watering place •'Nice," were well presented—partly built upon a hill, the town had a splendid appearance. A drama dealing with domestic life was '' The Nipper's Lullaby." "The Burthais," showing the performances of two dlever trapeHists, and "Wilful Meg,",, a, western drama, were both very good. Other films' shown were "Rice Growing in China," " Pathe Gazette," "The Marked Dollar," and "The Gamblers " (a star dramatic set). The pictures will be screened again this evening, when competitions will also ,be held.
