A PORTUGUESE MUTINY.

MADRID, December 22. From Vigo, reports have been received of a monarchical outbreak m the infantry barracks at Barga, m Portugal. A'colonel and captain were wounded. Thirty-seven men have been arrested. A severe censorship of the press is being enforced. The earliest advices attributed the mutiny to ' a protest against .punishments.
