THE WEATHER.
A sudden fall of the barometer at 10.30 o'clock this morning, and a continued fall till after noon, indicated a change in the weather. At 12.30 a heavy rain set in from the south-west, and up till 3 o'clock 65 points had been registered at the Domain weather station, which must be considered a very heavy fall. The rain will interrupt harvest operations, and, if it continues, may cause the grain to sprout, but otherwise, it will do a great deal of good. ; '
