SUPREME COURT SESSIONS.
Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, February 1. Donald McKenzio, for theft and forgery in connection with the Corporation, involving a sum of £800, was sentenced by Mr Justice Williams to three years' imnnisonment. Thomas Dicks, a man-c-war's man, for receiving a stolen watch, was ordered to como up for sentence when called on, as ho remains in custody to bo handed over to a warship as a deserter. Robert Clark, for forgery at Oamaru, was admitted to probation for twelve months. Stuart Walls, for forgery at Oamaru, received three months' imprisonment. Alfred Leonard Blue, for house-breaking and entering at Balclutha, was sentenced to six months' | imprisonment. TIMARU, February. 2. At the Supreme Court at Timaru yesterday A. J. Hobbs, a young man, was acquitted on a charge of making a false declaration under the Marriage Act.
