Dunedin July 13 The Flour Millers' Association is preserving its customary Sphnix-like attitude to press inquiries on the subject of Wednesday night's meeting. It is understood, however, that an amicable settlement has been arranged, and that the Association has again been saved. The millers who would nofc look at wheat early in the week are in the market again to-day, which indicates that an understanding on the question of output has b6en arrived at. At present local flour trade is in a state of complete stagnation.
