There is much discontent amongst the sailors at├čeval, and the orews of the cruisers Mimine and Kreinl have been disarmed. Seven hundred refused to eat their dinner, declaring that it was repulsive and accusing the commissariat officer of defrauding the Government. The Commander-in-chief tasted the food and admitted the justice of the criticisms.
