More Discontent Among Kusnan Sailors,
Received July 13, 8.27 a.m. St. Petsbsbttug, July 12 The Kniaz Potemkin has been towed to Sebastopol. There is much discontent amongst the sailors atßeval, and the orews of the cruisers Mimine and Kreinl have been disarmed. Seven hundred refused to eat their dinner, declaring that it was repulsive and accusing the commissariat officer of defrauding the Government. The Commander-in-chief tasted the food and admitted the justice of the criticisms.
