Txnwald Assault Casz—Sutherl&aJ, the victim of the recent assault case at Tinwald, is stated to be makihg slow progress towards recovery from his injuries, which are mainly confined to the chest, it is hardly likely that he will be able to appear when the case is called on against his assailants on Thursday, and the Police will doubtless ask for a further remand.
