Linievitch Wishes to Continue, Keceived July 11, 7.2 i. a.m. London, July 10 The " Daily Telegraph's " correspondent reportß thatEussian ruling circles feel that peace'without a victory would be highly prejudicial to the dynasty, as the army smarting 1 from defeat would blame the pusillanimity of the Central Government. Linievitch and his generals ask the Czar to allow them to continue the war for half a year longer. In the meanwhile reinforcements are to pour into Manchuria.
