A French Submarine Sunk.
.» United Press Association—Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright Paris, July 7 A French submarine sank at Bizerta with 13 of the crew, owing to faulty valves. The captain and two of the crew, who wore.in the conning tower, were thrown overboard, and were saved. Divers, hearing cries from the interior of the vessel, sought help, and the submarine was refloated, all the crewbeing saved, having Bought refuge in a central watertight compartment.
