The Kuiaz Potemkin loots a Steamer. Theodosia Threatened with Bombardment. A Boat's Crew Fired On. Concessions to Jews. United Press Association—By Klectrio Telegraph—Copyright. St Petersburg July 7 The Kniaz Potemkin captured and looted the Ruesiau catt'e steamer " Grand Duke Alexis " off Theodosia. They requisitioned Theodosia for large supplies of provisions and 500 tons of coal within 24 hours on pain of bombardment. The authorities supplied the provisions and declared there was no coal in the town, and directed residents to leave except troopa and police. Later St. Petersburg directed a refusal of supplies and when the Eniaz Potemkin sent a boat ashore, infantry fired, killing two. The crew of the mutinous fcorjjedoes 1 then fired a shell, which passed over the town. The mutineers are still in the harbour. Trepoff has adopted M. <"c Witte's policy of conceding to Jews electoral rights and eligibility of election to the State Duma or Municipal Council.
