Paris, July 5 Clercensian, writing in the "Aurore," condemned Germany's course of unprovoked insults and advises the French to remember that the Kaiser instead of obtaining recognition of his rights in Morocco by diplo matic means, preferred to brandish theatrically his long sword when Russia's collapse seemed to giVB his gesture formidable significance.
