The Kniaz Potemkin left Eustenji this afternoon, and it is exp9cted thai she is returning to Odessa. A battalion of reservists numbering 1,050 at Bielostok struck, refusing to take the food served out to them. The Moscow Revolutionary Committee requested the officials of the Vistula railway to strike in order to prevent mobilisation.

Router's Odessa correspondent states that the authorities have ordered a destroyer to attaok the Kniaz Potemkin if sh« returns. Two torpedoers have arrived and others are expected at Odeaaa. The Georgi Pobiedonosteff is aground in the harbour. Most of the crew have retaken the oath of allegiance. Sixty-seven refusing to do so have been imprisoned in the oitadel.
