It ii understood that the Cabinet has decided to seek a dissolution. Several ministers are opposed to this course, and tho meetings are alleged to have been stormy. Sir George Turner announces that if dissolution ia granted he will not seek reelection. If it is refused he will mark his sense of the aotion of the Protectionists by refusing to support any effort to increase the tariff.
