The Indian newspapers almost unanimously support Lord Curzan against Lord Kitchener, and express the hope that the Home Government will modify the army administration sufficiently to avert Lord Curzon's resignation. Advices from Simla announce that- proposals, whereon Lord Curzoa and Lord Kitchener are in complete agreement, have been submitted to Mr Brodrick, the Secretary for India.
