The following conditions of Sale will be observed :— 1. Every Bicyole will be guaranteed free from defects and thoroughly sound, and a printed guarantee, endorsed by Oates, Lowry and Co., covering a period of six months, handed to each purchaser on day of sale. 2. Payment must be spot cash on delivery. Reservation will be made for buyers not in possession of sufficient cash, to pay a deposit of £2, and balance within ten days on taking delivery of the bioycle. 3. To prevent dealers and speculators from securing all the bargains, with the object of re-selling at handsome profitsj not more than two bicycles will be sold to one person. 4. Special efforts will be made to provide room for intending buyers in the sale rooms, but intending puschasers are strongly advised to attend early, as a large attendance is expected, and any unable to obtain admisaion may be haunted with remorse and regret.
Remember— 1. The Vendors are not ashamed to disclose their name, as the Bicycles are absolutely the highest grade, and will bear the closest scrutiny by expert?. 2. Every Purchaser will get a written guarantee, signed by OATES, LOWRY & CO., whose reputation for honest dealing is unquestioned. 3.
