Clearing Sale at Waterton.
The N.Z. Farmers* Co-op. Association's Ashburton Branch yesterday conducted a clearing sale of live stock, implements, etc, at Mr James Jamieson's farm at Waterton. There was a good attendance, but the bidding for most lines dragged somewhat. Following are some of the prices obtained: Implements, eto—Cultivator .£l6 lOs.disc harrow £14: 10s, twitch harrow £8 ss, 5 leaf harrows £2 10s and £2 ss, seed sower £9 ss, roller- £7 10s, 3 furrow plough .£7, single furrow plough £3, double furrow plough £1 15, hay rake £5 10, reaper and binder £4> 15s, scales £2 l£s 6d, dray and frame £9, dray £5, trap £7, trap, horse and harness £15.
