The Christchurch Meat Company have a very fine display of frozen poultry and eggs packed for export, hams, rolls, and I sides of bacon, canned meats, meat extract, manuras, fertilizors, etc. The Company also display some interesting photographs of their worka and offices throughout New j Zealand. Canterbury Roller Flour Mills. The Canterbury Flour Mills, Ashburton' make a very good show with a pyramid of " Supreme" Flour, in bags of various weights, and also a show case exhibiting the by-products of wheat, showing all the processes of manufacture. N.Z. Farmer's Co-opbrative Association. The N.Z. Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ashburton branch, have a well displayed exhibit of miscellaneous goods, including saddlery, roots, implements. Rookland manures, Mount Somerß crushed lime, the Langston patent bee hive, exhibits of ham, bacon, cheese, »nd the Canterbury Frozen Meat Co.'c tinned meats. Craighead and Bkrryjcan. Messrs Craighead and Berryman exhibit a fine selection of Kaiapoi travelling rugs, including the famous " Arawa" rugs, of exceptional thickness and quality, made from the finest Merino wool for presentation purposes, R. D. Johnston. Mr R. D. Johnston, the well known Brunett Street cycle and motor dealer, exhibits a fine line of cycle and motor specialities, including the Humber motor bicycle 2g h.p. with the Humber patent free engine and chain drive. Those of Mr Johnston's clients who have purchased these machines say that they are extremely economical, running expenses averaging about id per mile. A line of the latest Rudge-Whitworths, with patent cotterless cranbs,including a road racer scaling 21 lbs are exhibited, together with a line of the famous Beeston Humber cycles. An " Etoile " 9 h.p. motor car, beautifully finished in gresn, with tonneaa body and De Dion engine is also shown, C. Muir. Mr C. Muir, coach and buggy manufacturer, exhibits a very well finished tray gig, the body of which i& in various shades of maroon, tastefully lined, nnd the shafts and wheels in dark wine colour picked out in black and yellow. F. X, Hyde. Mr F. R. Hyde shows his patent Acetylene Gas Generator and a number of nicely finished burner fittings. The light is shown in full operation, and certainly looks very attractive. G. H. Carson and Co. Messrs G. H. Carson and Co. display a lino of the celebrated Swift Rojal cycles, in ladies' and gents' roadsters and gents' road racing patterns, the roadsters being fitted with the Swift free wheel, back pedalling hub brake and front rim brake. A 2-h.p. Minerva motor cycle, with vertical engine and patent air adjustment to the carburettor is shown, and a 12-h,p. Daracq motor ear of the latest pattern will shortly be in position. The stand of this tirm is surmounted by a massive sign, illuminated afc night iv various colours. D. Tfomas. Mr D. Thomas has a Urge exhibit, comprising Planet Jr. garden implements Vacuum oils, wire strainers, and reels Holmes' hooks, " Crown " cream separators and churns, and " Farmers' Favorite" drill?, together with disc harrows, lubricators, and a number of smaller farming J requisites.
