There was a fair attendance at the Geraldine live stock sale yesterday, and a small yarding, with little or no improvement in the demand for sheep or cattle. The prices obtained were :—Sheep (1400 yarded)—Fat lambs 35s 3d, 16s, 16s lOd, fat wethers 21s, fat ewes (light weights) 13s 9d, 14'5, medium weights 15s 3d, 15s 9d, 15slid. Stores: Forward lambs 14s, 14a Id, 15s 4d, 15s 6d; stores: lambs 10s 9d, 13s, aged crossbred ewes in lamb 9a, 12s 9d. Cattle (17 head), fat bullocks £6 17s. Stores: Young cattle £1 2s 6d, £1 11s, bulls £2, £2 15s. Pigs (12 penned), weaners 5s 6d, 6s, stores 8s lid, porkers 15s sd, 225.
