Britain to Convey Orders to the " Piratical" Cruisers.
Received June 20, 7.20 a.m. London, June 19 Linievitch. admits that he was outflanked and compelled to evacuate Liaoyangoping. He mentions the presence of considerable bodies of Japanese infantry. . The "Times" St. Petersburg correspondent states that the Admiralty is completely disorganised and unable to communicate with the commanders of its " piratical" cruisers. It is expected that Britain will again be obliged to convey the Russian Government's orders to the Russian cruisers.
