Stockholm, June 14 King Oscar m a letter to the President of the Storthing justifies his veto as being m acoordance*with the oath dictating consideration of the welfare of the whole union. He says: "It remains for Sweden and me as King to decide whether Norway's attack on the union will lead to a legal dissolution."
