Palmerston North, June 13 The Supremo Court opened here this morning before Mr Justice Cooper. There were seven cases on the criminal calendar, but none wore of any serious moment, True bills were returned against F. Hopper for wounding and cnusing actual bodily harm; W. J. Lent for false declaration on applying for a marriage certificate; J. McAvinue for assault and causing actual bodily harm. The bill thrown out against Eobert Rink, a youth, charged with assault and causiyg actual bodily harm to another boy m a schoolboj tussle at Feilding,
