CHP.rsTCHcrBCH June 12 George Sandford, a Marshland resident, was taken to tha Chvistchuroh Hospital yesterday morning, suffering from a seyeto gunshot wound m the left arm. Saudford, carrying- a loaded gun, w:»s attempting to get through a fence, when the gun accidcnt'y went off, the charge lodging m his arm. At the Hospital ifc was found necessary to amputate tbe arm above rha elbow. Wellington, June 11 Lizzie Louise Collc.y, aged twenty, single, who was injured internally on Monday, owing to the overtrr aing of a lorry on which she was riding on the Brooklyn road, died at the hospital from her injuries. Masteeton, June 11 A young, man hailing from Winfon (Otagu), earned Augustus Mcluerney, was found dead m a boarding house onSacuiday evening. At the inquest to-day a verdict was returned that death was due to pneumonia and pleurisy.
