Melbourne, June 10 The recommendation made by the Attorney General fixing the travelling allowance of High Court judges has been adopted by the Cabinet.

Vancouver Mail.

A cable has been received from the Postmaster General of Canada formally agreeing, subject to the approval of the Dominion Parliament, to the terms for the extension of the Vancouver mail service.

The Belgian Government has invited the Commonwealth to be represented at the first international conference on radiology at Liege m September. The Government has replied that it will be unable to be represented, but referred the matter to the Universities and Royal Societies.

Brisbane, June 10 An hospital nurse at Maryborough has been attacked by pneumonia and plague.
