The Storthing has resolved that the State Consul shall exercise as the Government, the power appertaining to the King. The Union of Sweden under the King is to be dissolved, and the Storthing asked King Oacar to co-oparate in the selection of a young Bernadotta Prince for the Norwegian throne. After the resolution the St.nhing's address asking King Oscar's co-operation assured him that there was no illfeeling towards him, his dynasty, or the Swedish nation. • ,
