United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright London, Junb 4 The St. Petersburg correspondent of ' The Times" reports that trustworthy information shows that Admiral Dieboga toff's sailors mutinied, and threw the Admiral and many officers overboard. Another account states that they bound them m their cabins, and hoisted the white flag. Many people m St. Petersburg expect something similar will happen when the Manchurian armies hear of the naval disaster.
