The Treasurer's bal'icc9-sheßt was presented, and the debit balance ahown therein was expected to be disposed of by proceeds from the monster tea and Mr Isitfc's locfcure that evening. Mr Wm, Harding w.*3 elected President for the ensuing, and various other officers and committees appointed. Mr Leadley reported that with reg'iid to the social and recreative proposals concorning which he had been asked to investigate, he was advised that the suggestion was premature. After a question of eligibility for membership had been dealt with, the meeting adjourned.
