Accidents and Fatalities.
United Press Association—Per Electric Telegraph Auckland, May 29 An inquest was held on the body of John Hall, an upholster, aged 61, who arrived from Sydney recently and died rather suddenly, the surgical evidence showing that death was due to pressure on the brain, cansed by a clot of blood. A verdiot was returned accordingly. Stratford May 29 A young man near Midhurst, by way of a joke, pointed a gun at his mate, thinking it was not loaded. The latter received several of the shot in the ear and side of his face. Luckily the injury was not serious
